Okay, so this week unfortunately, I was unable to go to my internship because of scheduling conflicts. I will take this opportunity however to make sure if I am posting correctly. On my screen I am able to see all of my blogs, but when we met as a group on Tuesday, some people were saying that they could only find a couple early posts. Have I been blogging incorrectly? Am I supposed to click on 'post' instead of 'new blog'?
I cannot wait for next week, when I can continue to work with DNA and make gels for the samples!
I actually just finished the Science and DNA unit in AP Bio. We even made gels in class! I felt prepared for the class, since I have done it many times before. We also learned about PCRs, so I was able to explain to some classmates about how it works.
